Kevin has been doing my transmissions for years, great guy and always stands behind his work. Years ago he only offered a 2yr warranty and I had one fail 2 months past warranty and he honored it and rebuilt it for free anyways. He now offers a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty! I brought them another transmission to do and they had it built the next day at an amazing price. You got my business for life brother!
If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute worst experience ever. Got trans from them. 6 mo went bad. Drive it 2 hrs back up and they “fixed” but said it was my fault. The new one again went bad after a month. Drive another 2 hrs one way waited 5 hrs. The said the went through everything. Paid to have trans put back in. Made it 30 miles. Torque converter was bad. Was told to buy a new one and they would reimburse me. 6 weeks later no money and excuse after excuse. Took the trans to another shop. Only half the work ... read more
Spoke to Kevin 3 weeks ago and ordered a transmission; everyone was so nice and helpful. We got a delivery date for a week later. That Monday was supposed to receive a call about shipment. No call. After multiple attempts, I contacted them after multiple attempts, I finally got someone on the phone and they moved the delivery date by another week. If I could give a negative rating I would!! I placed an order in March and ordered a transmission a they promised to have it shipped out in 7-10 days once the order is placed for I made the order and paid at the same time I have had to deal with and am still currently dealing with not being able to get ahold of anyone via phone call, text, or email I had request a refund multiple times to never be refunded after 9 months the transmission showed up but didn’t work at all stuck in forward motion in every gear even neutral and... read more
I highly recommend you not do business with this company. I have paid in full and their 7 day shipping claim is far past as I am now around my 60th day. First they claim they cannot take a credit or debit card and must be paid by CashApp or Cashiers Check. Convenient as there is no way to retract your money once their scheme and scam is triggered.
