This facility is so clean and neat compared to others I have used. There is plenty of room at all units to manage the maneuvering necessary to park and secure your equipment. A great location that is secure and easy access for tenants.
Since Rec Nation took over the gate is constantly broken. Last time it was broken for 3+ weeks with a bicycle cable lock securing the gate and combo sent to tenants. I drive by the facility twice a day and the gate was always left open. There is no local management anymore that will assist. I called to complain and even suggested hiring a security guard to close the gate since the closer was broke. I was told it would be fixed by end of week but it took two additional weeks. It's been a rocky start with communication, but after 2 months, everything has been worked out! As for the actual storage facility and safety of our belongings...I feel confident everything is safe, secure and well protected. I do appreciate quick responses to questions and concerns, which only reinforced my confidence in the choice to use this company.
Since RecNation bought the facility. 1. Rent Raised 2. Entry Gate non operational 10 times in 8 months 3. Now mandating insurance though a 3rd Party you have to opt out of by providing proof of insurance. Supposed to be RV/Boat Storage and insurance covers $3k for $12.00 a month. What boat or RV costs $3k? It’s merely a money grab for worthless insurance. Not to mention providing personal information to a 3rd party which was never in the lease and a security concern.
e have been keeping our boat and plenty of House items at RecNation for almost a year now. Nothing but HAPPY HAPPY ,HAPPY!! We have even suggested RecNation to several friends that moved in. Awesome Customer Service and communication when they are having maintenance done on the properties.
