My wife had been urging me to look into buying some precious metals. I wasn't much interested but finally decided to look into it and maybe buy a small amount as a gesture of support for her. Then I talked to Marc from Red Rock Secured. As a retired educator, I was overwhelmed with not only his knowledge but also his ability to explain the ins and outs of buying precious metals. Without using any pressure to buy, he was genuinely interested in making sure that I understood the subject matter. Ultimately, I gladly purchased more than I had originally planned. In addition, it was obvious that Red Rock follows strict protocol before you make a purchase so that there will be no surprises down the road.

Red Rock Secured is an investment firm that is definitely deserving of 5 stars for their excellent customer service, great follow up without being pushy and overbearing, with teams of wonderful people that truly are there to help you make decisions. The customer service is impeccable and the staff are very worthy of 5 stars, just on the friendly, helpful attitudes from everyone I had the pleasure to meet and work with. I recently bought some precious metals through Red Rock. Barry Legion was great to work with and Tony Spencer was very helpful in deciding what to buy. ****** ****** was great on following up on post sale matters. Everything was very smooth and the service was excellent.
