I went in to RedWing and was immediately helped by Abigail. She did a scan for my feet and grabbed the size in the shoe I was looking for in addition to a men’s size comparable shoe. She was knowledgeable and also gave feedback from her personal experience which was helpful for me to make a decision. I was in and out with some good shoes for work. Thank you!
My son and I visited to purchase boots for his work. Mike was our salesperson, he was helpful, gregarious, and took good care of my first born. My son purchased the Supersole 2.0 w/ safety toe, a beautiful and solid pair of boots. Thank you Mike, you were a joy.
Mike is a big fan of Slayer and a big fan of customer service! Treated me great. Knowledgeable funny and kind. Thanks Mike and thanks Red Wing!

Don took my impossible order on Black Friday for a boot that is very hard to track down. Don called me at least three times to update me on his efforts to track them down, also in between customers. He finally located them in Roanoke and because of Don and Angel, I’m getting a pair of boots that are sold out everywhere! Amazing team and a stellar crew! Thank you gentlemen for helping me on the hardest shopping day of the year!
