As always, they treat me like royalty. Panara Bread/Donuts, coffee, yogurt, fruit served while you wait for your freshly washed and vacuumed car to get serviced and you watch cable TV. Came for an oil change but also received a written health check on my car. Never any pressure to purchase additional services and always friendly staff couldn't ask for more, unless it was a free massage. ;)

Even though the work on the windshield was performed in better time than originally expected, for $1100 I give it a 4 star rating due to the fact that the eyesight calibration was done at 96% which is apparently acceptable. However, for a 5 star rating maybe 100% would be better. Other than that the service was acceptable.

Fixed flat ok. However, Tech didn't check pressure on all tires to make sure they were all the same. Air pressure in repaired tire was different from the other three tires.

I cannot praise Reliable Imports enough. They diagnosed the problem immediately, correctly, and got it fixed the same day. Austin and the whole team were amazing. We were on a road trip and thought we d have to wait a couple days but they performed a miracle and got us on the road that afternoon. I highly recommend these guys!

Our Service Advisor, Zach, was very knowledgeable and helpful - genuinely cared about making sure our experience was a pleasant one. Repairs we completed as promised, and our car was washed and waiting when we arrived to pick it up! Will be going back for our 60k service in a few months.
