Everything from the staff, the cleanliness of the service bay to the outstanding waiting area was first class. Even though I live over 2 hours away, I will continue to go to Reliable for any major service needs for my Subaru Forester. They offer customer service as it should be. A very positive experience.
couldn't explain 5 mpg loss in last two months, told me it was winter gas ok, so why didn't it do it last year if it is winter gas no other vehicle I have ever owned lost fuel efficiency in the winter. If can't explain rationally just don't try to bs someone, especially if it is because they are female. Other than that all was great, check in was great service rep was great. thanks
Oil change was fine. They did not clean the mess up where they put the new inspection sticker. It was a mess I had to clean up.
