Had a recall on my engine and didn't know until it went bad driving home from work. Emily and Brandon were good with communication and ok with keeping me updated. Had my car 3 weeks and I called and Brandon made sure mechanic was getting on it. Got call next day saying its done! Got up there and my questions were answered for most part with Austin. Feel like I was lied to about my tire rotation w no paperwork or anything to prove it. Otherwise was nice service!
I would have rated this 5 stars but they got my original request wrong and didn't pick it up even when I recapped what I wanted done when I arrived. As a result I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change & tire rotate & balance. They did respond well when it came time to pay and I saw the tire balance was not done, but it still took over an hour from that point to do a simple tire balance.
