Our car we just bought used had several recalls. Everything was fixed as requested. Only had to call back after notifying the dealer to order the parts. Nobody realized everything was in.
When I got back in my car there were two lights on that were not on when I dropped off car, one was tire pressure that was very low some how, and they said they would call me back about it but never did.
They were very friendly, and professional
The Mazda place always does a great job.
Service was due to a recall for possible engine problems encountered with the 2.4L engine. Test was performed and engine was declared okay. Have seen on web where other 2.4L engines had the same results and then seized later. Service was very good overall. No gripe with the dealership or its personnel.
