When I called, the AI system operator answered, and I got stuck in that loop for 15 minutes trying to get a reservation. Finally after calling back three times I got a person in service. Got appointment for next afternoon, which they squeezed me in. Appointment time was 3:30 pm. I arrived 3:25pm. I've had multiple oil changes on multiple vehicles done at this location and the longest amount of wait time is usually 90 minutes. My manifold on my 2017 GMC Terrain cracked so I took it in to Reliable Subaru in Springfield Missouri. After waiting 6 hours I drove it home. I noticed that it was making the same noise as before it was fixed. I took it back and the same mechanic fixed it again, another 6 hours. On the way home it started making the same noise. I now have an appointment to fix it for the third time. It will be another 6 hours and another 46 mile drive. When they fix it, IF they fix it I will go elsewhere for my repairs.

The contact person was awesome! He always does a great job. Maintenance was another. My glove box was not put back together correctly after pulling out the filter to look at it. There was grease all over the glove box. Also grease on my light gray roof inside in the back. Looked like someone took their greasy hands and wiped them off on the interior roof liner.

Was given an incorrect maximum quote by my initial repair person. I agreed to services on the basis of this absolute max quote, and the basis that my car would be repaired by the next day. It was not done until the next week, and they tried to charge me over 300 more than I was told the repairs would be. They gave me a discount to get closer to the original quote, it was still around 100 more than I was told I would have to pay. Miscalculations happen, it was still ridiculous.

Fourth time I have been to this dealer for the same problem--an annoying rattle in the left rear door. We drive over 100 miles one way and they still have not fixed it. 2024 Outback purchased there, but may be our last one from them. Everyone is really courteous, but that does not fix the rattle. Also the service mgr will not return calls.
