When we test drove the traverse they had just got it and hadn't run it through the shop nor cleaned it. I've worked on cars for over 30 yrs. I told them something wasn't right with the front end. Either front struts or cv joints. They said they would take a look. When we picked it up it was apparent they had NOT done anything about it. Salesman said make an appointment with the shop. I work 65 hrs a week and didn't have time to take a day off and take it to them. Took it for first oil change and told them to drive it. Cause ... read more

Terrible service department. I've taken my vehicle in many times and they have fixed nothing. I would not recommend the service department to anyone and would not go back

Intentionally schedule my oil change before our long drive from MO to California, yet few hours while in Nevada (June 30), my car signalled low oil. It was low and dark/dusky, no way it has been oil changed. Have to schedule appointment at Redding where I am assign for my job.

Dealer refused to work on my car. They said turbo was missing couple mounting bolts and one of the small hose clamps was not OEM. They said I need to take car to mechanic to have those issues fixed before dealer would look at car to see about original issue. I'm 51 and this is a first for me. I would think the Subaru dealer would know more about what bolts to use or what type of clamp they want to see. I will not be returning!!!

The first day I was there the salesman offered the car for a price. I considered the offer but when I went back ready to buy the can the price had gone up by $1,000. The salesman knew he had made the offer but he couldn't find the offer in writing so I let it go. Then he sent me to the kids who sell insurance to back up the warranty. High pressure is an under statement. I finally agreed just to get out of the office. All together it was an expensive, unpleasant experience. Never again

Hyundai lost in a class action lawsuit for their known bad Theta engines. Reliable Hyundai replaced my bad Hyundai engine with an another even worse bad engine that only went 52k. Reliable said they had to run some tests and tell me my replaced bad engine needs replacement at a cost of $8k for a "used" replacement engine?! In my opinion Hyundai and Reliable Hyundai do not stand behind their products. Our salesman was great, we picked out the car got everything agreed on and signed an agreement then this where it went to the worst buying experience we ever had. When we got to the new lot to sign financing he would not stop trying to sell more coverage. We told them we could not go over $500 on payment but he kept trying to sell more and more we told him no over 15 times. We got in his office at 6:10 at 7:30 we were still arguing. I will not buy another vehicle there.

Took a week to replace an o2 sensor. ALWAYS had to make the call never got updates without calling first. Warranty I bought from Reliable did not cover sensor. Reliable made money selling me the warranty and then made money when the warranty didn't cover issue. Funny how that works

The service desk gentlemen seemed upset when I politely questioned the pricing of the oil change (it was higher than usual), they didn't place a new sticker on my windshield or reset my service reminder in the dash, and they never run it through the car wash, which is included in the service, and I even reminded them to do it this time. I'm probably going to take it elsewhere after exclusively using them for five years.
