Worst service ever. Had a 9am appt. Was told 1 to 2 hours, didn't bother looking at it until 1pm. My local mechanic took care of the problem they couldn't. Wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for something that had nothing to do with the issue I was having! Will never use them again!

I went in for recall work, and left with a knock in my steering wheel! They advised me to get it fixed there to the tune of $381!! Could it be coincidental that this knock happened while I was in the waiting room waiting for my recall work to be done??

Tires were supposed to be replaced buand balanced but was not as per purchase agreement and invoice.

When I left the place, my cell phone would not connect to my car. I had to do a factory reset on my car and it still took 24 hrs to connect. I hate going to get my car fixed and come home with more problems!! Anna, one of the workers was the best in getting me set up to hopefully fix the problem.

They wouldn't fix the issue because a different Mazda dealer installed the brake light. So then charged me $99 for ordering a $12 license plate bracket for the front of the card. But they won't charge me again when they install the bracket.

People were nice.But I felt like they wanted to take advantage of older people.

I had a 2:00 PM appointment for an oil change. Nothing more, It took from 2:00PM until 4:25 PM for that appointment to be concluded. I have always had good service at Reliable, perhaps they just had a bad day, but that is unacceptable.
