Was told by my salesperson who sold me the car that my first oil change is free. When I brought it in for said oil change, the service manager told me that only the oil was actually free, and proceeded to tell me what the first visit should consist of: oil change, tire rotation. I was still stuck back on "only the oil is free, (not the labor), " that i wasn't fully focusing on the things he said needed done this time. I was quoted 3 hours for additional services that I had not originally scheduled that day. I had that much time to spare and pumping supplies for that time so I agreed. 8 hours and no update later I called in and found out my care still was not ready.

The people there are all VERY "nice," but ultimately you're being glad-handed & coddled so they can find a way to justify charging you thousands of dollars. They lie without compunction. UNTRUSTWORTHY. They will "reliably" lie to your face, sweet as pie, saying whatever is necessary to keep you hooked in, & offering coffee & cookies. CHECK THEIR REPUTATION BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHODDY COMPANY. I went for a service on my Santa Fe. Which is known for engine failure. After confirming that Hyundai WOULD NOT replace the engine, they offer for an engine replacement for $4000 (not including their outrageous service costs) about 7-8000 after it's said and done. Then they offer me $500 for a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe ultimate edition and claim it's what they would get at auction. The catalytic converter is worth more than that alone. Not that great went in for engine actuator fluid change. Service department was clueless of where it was located so I left with brake fluid change instead. Made them note on receipt that was engine actuator change that way when part fails from inability of service department that it should be covered under warranty. They even told me that the reservoir was on firewall which it is not.

Came in for an regular oil change, tire rotation, and a reapplying of Zaktek. They tried selling me on air filters which weren't needed which would have been understandable, but when they went over the charges, they skipped the air filters (perhaps they mentioned them, but I saw them on the list and waited for their mention and didn't hear it). They had my car for the second time, due to the same original problem, from August to the end of November. Before finally telling me they didn't know what was wrong, couldn't fix it, come get it. My only positive was the manager helping me out the best he could.
