Always a poor experience. Bad customer service attitude, long delays, constant miscommunication or no communication at all. Every single visit for years has had a customer service issue. I only stayed because we had a contract. I will never buy or have a car serviced here again.

Worst new car service department I've ever seen they overbooked and underserve every single customer and they are not afraid to take your money for doing nothing looking at new brands based on this dealership alone

My husband and I took our 2014 Santa Fe on a trip to Pennsylvania on November 8, 2023. While driving the Santa Fe, every time I put my foot on the brake I heard a grinding sound. When we return from our trip, I will be bringing our Santa Fe in to be checked and repaired as needed at no cost to us.

You have to watch the bill. They will overbill. They charged me for the oil and filter on my free oil change when I had some other things done. I will get my service elsewhere.

Had a1:15 appointment. Just an oil change air filters replaced and tires rotated. Not a big deal. Until 2 hours later they were finally getting done. Had to clean my windshield, some how got grease or on it. Hmm, strange. Probably will move on to a different brand.

I was waiting 3 hrs to do oil change rotate tires with 3 other people same time when I ask my car was sitting out front for 30-45 min then they got my paperwork so probably won't go back.

I had to get my engine replaced. It was under warranty. They had my car for a month and a half and refused to keep me updated. When I would call they either would not answer or I was talk to the Mazda side that would give me what little information they had. I had a Hyundai case worker she was very nice but the repair center would not give her information either, if it weren't for the fact it was free to fix I would never go there. I will never buy from reliable Imports ever again

The insulation under my hood is flopping around. They had to replace it shortly after I bought the car. But they didn't bother putting any of the push pins back in. Tried to tell me I needed new air filters. Mine are all but white. I'm sure they didn't take pictures of my filters.
