I believe the service at reliable Subaru is very bad,the waiting time for service is way to long.I think they believe there time is much more valuable than the customer s they take advantage because there the only game is town

Had an appointment yet Took over 3 hrs for oil change and tire rotation.

1- Service took just over 2 hours and I arrived 10 minutes early for a set appointment for basic oil change and tire rotation. The service prior took just over 3 hours, and my key was lost when it was done. 2- Attempted to up sale a filter replacement for $93, which I went to a local auto parts store and bought for 25 and replaced myself in under 2 minutes. 3- They questioned an oil service coupon that I had received in my email literally 2 days prior, said it would need to be approved by the service manager. Took two and a half weeks to get in for a warranty-covered repair that was causing the car to be completely inoperable. It then took another two weeks for them to claim the car was fixed and return it to me with the problem not fixed. When I called back I was told it would be another two weeks for me to get the car back in, even though they didn't fix it the first time. After I closed the loan, signed all papers from the lender, had keys in hand, they decided my proof of residency was still not acceptable to them and gave me until noon the next day to get them something else or they would call the police and report the car stolen.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. It took them 3 times to order a part for my car, each time I went it took 3 hours for them to tell me they had ordered the wrong parts. Three trips and 9 hours later they finally got it. I talked to others there and they all said the wait was always very long.
