After complete engine replacement, they were going to charge me 1200.00 for leaking gasket. Im replacing it my self.
We are not happy. We waited over 2 hours while they ran diagnostic tests to determine that we needed a fuel injector replacement. This was on September 14th. The part was ordered that day & now, we have been waiting 12 days (as of today, September 26) for the part to arrive.

Terrible!! I got one text from them saying I needed fuel injection service,I said no! That was at 8:40 am on 9/06/23. I started texting the person that told me I could reach him at 1:46 no reply, started calling no answer! My husband went by and told us there were leaves in our fan thats why it was making noise on 4th speed! Also charged us $159 Which we bought the extended warranty, they told us we were covered bumper to bumper! Obviously that isnt true!! Customer service sucks!!!
The glass company quoted me $125 to repair my glass panel but charged $250 when they installed it. A rip off. You gave mea small discount but it's the principal that hurts
waited forever even after having appointment ... didn't wash car and I never even recieved any paperwork or reciept ... very surprised they entered the oil change in carfax ...
Forrester was in the body shop for ding repairs resulting from the previous oil change. My vehicle was returned dirtier than it was delivered. It had a sticky glue on the widows and was filthy from the body shop dust. This made an impression on how UNreliable they are! Returning a vehicle in this condition to a customer who has already had service issues says a lot about how they view customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I can not say it was a great experience. It was my first time there for a service and the gentleman that helped me seemed like it was a inconvenience that I was there he was nice but in a rude I have to be nice way he was also even more annoyed when i told him i could afford to purchase and additional higher package with my free oil change.I get everyone has bad days. IT was kinda scary took it in to get rotors put on that this service department had warped rotoring tires and called to see if it was finished and they had changed the oil instead of putting the new parts on and fixing the problem that they was suppose to be fixing. How are you not troubled over the fact that a person doing the repair was not aware of what they was supposed to do not a very comforting thing to know they are not paying attention to what they are doing....
I made my appointment to get a 30 inch 1/4" crack repaired on the glass panel in front of the moon roof on my Santa Fe and to get the exterior coating done. Upon arrival the service rep said I needed some 30 K services done. When I said it was certified pre-owned he said you don't catch up the services.
