Poor communications. Appears to be a successful repair, but took almost 2-weeks to replace an alternator.
Took over half an hour to get a set of wiper blades warrantied. Vehicle mileage was recorded incorrectly, as well.
Zero stars. The original diagnostic was wrong. Then the wrong part was ordered. Over 3 visits, including the diagnostic o spent over 500 dollars, waited almost 6 hours in their waiting room. I will never bring my cat back to them nor will I ever purchase a Hyundai vehicle again
I was up charged and they added a service that I didnt authorize.
It wasn't due. Had to reset the mileage. Mazda didn't set the mileage properly.
Went in for a scheduled 30k service. The service advisor showed me the "reccomended" services that totalled $498.00. I made him get out my Hyundai service manual and told him that I would pay for any recommended service that the manual called for. Net result, I ended up paying ZERO $$! Ever since Warren Buffet purchased the Reliable Dealer Franchises in Springfield several years back, the dealerships have lowered themselves to this scam.
When finished I specifically asked the technician how things looked and he said everything was great. But then I received an email after I left stating I needed to replace the in cabin air filter. Now I have to make a separate appointment and take time out just to go back for that.
Communication could be greatly improved from what I've experienced. We had an unusual situation (so far the dealership is taking care of it) - however it's been multiplied by a total lack of communication from Reliable.
They spilled oil in the filter cup causing a continuous burn-off. I had to have them retrieve the vehicle from my home because they thought it was a faulty (cracked) oil filter there was so much oil leaking and burning.
