This service didn't happen to my vehicle. After calling Reliable inquiring why they were submitting services under my vehicle and contact information, they stated it's not their problem and it's between me and Carfax. I did also tell them I'd had communication from Reliable regarding ghost appointments they had with my vehicle (that certainly did not occur because vehicle and myself were out of state at the times given), but they were very confused and couldn't explain how such a clerical error could happen.

This service didn't happen on my vehicle. I called Reliable when I got the text stating my car's service appointment had started (which was not the case as I and the vehicle were out of town), but they said to ignore it. Then the service was reported to Carfax by Reliable, and Reliable said it's not their problem and it's an error on Carfax's side. Then I was yelled at by a rude lady at Reliable claiming I must have sold my Subaru Forester, which I certainly had not. They're a mess.

Not to happy with Reliable Subaru, in Springfield, MO. Last time I got my oil changed they over filled it. Hade to drain some of it myself. Took it in on 3-06-2023 to have the zak tec done . They didn't even get the car clean. The rear panel was still dirty , the mud flaps were dirty. What good does it do to put a paint protection product on a dirty car?

Service was supposed to take 1-1 1/2 hours and took more than 2 1/2 hours. 30 minutes of which the car set waiting to go through the wash that I didnt ask for. Very little communication with me even though I was sitting there waiting.

Consistently poor service. Lack of customer care and communication. Overall disappointment every single service visit.

Reliable Subaru always very good at customer service. And they did great however I wont change my oil there again if they are charging 130 with tire rotate. Most places tires rotate is free if you purchased tires and oil change run 50-60 . It was over my budget and surprise bill.

Service was definitely not up to par. We waited a long time, and then when WE checked to see why it was taking so long, the paint protection had NOT BEEN APPLIED (as stated in the summary of things done). It was too late to do it then, so we are waiting to have that done at the next service date (Thank you, Danny). We were very disappointed.

The service tech told the service manager I needed a new cabin filter, however I had just had it replaced about 6,000 miles ago, went to neighboring Subaru dealer in Joplin to verify and they said the filter looked brand new. Reliable Subaru always tries to tack on extra service and parts when they aren't needed. On my way out the service manager tried to get me to buy new tires and a new windshield, never went over any other inspection items.
