Initially, they were very accommodating and graceful with my situation, allowed me to show myself trustworthy! For that they will always have a five star rating with me.. but the excessive calling and promotional deals and personal calls became a bit overwhelming until they became blocked…. Once a month promotional ,cool . Every day ,unexpectedly ,different numbers , that is harassment harassment.

It seems as if my original review was deleted but… This is the most unprofessional and unorganized company I’ve ever dealt with. I had an early same as cash payout that was due on 06/22/2023 in which i paid them on 06/21/2023. My payments were due every 2 weeks but they had John (who was very nice btw) come to my home a month later saying I’m 3 days passed due. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from here. They tell you one thing and do something total different. They are a ripoff. They add on fees that they didn't initially tell you about when they trying to get you to buy. To whom ever is reading this you would come out better going to badcock or Aaron's.

Out of the five people there only three are actually super genuinely nice and easy to work with and have customer service. Management on the other hand …..
