Horrible customer service. Charged us for things we never asked for and never even knew about. Inflated prices and basically taxed 6 times in one payment. The PS4, which for a while has been 299$ regular sales price, has been put up to OVER 600$. But paying monthly instead of trying to reach the "goal" of paying monthly until it is owned by the customer, the price gets inflated. So inflated that it says on the paper work OVER 1,000$. It was really easy to find a good deal on a used furniture for my kids. That's actually quite neat.
Compare to Vega Baja, customer services its worse! You asked for information about furniture describes what are you looking for and stays that way. Its like you are talking to the wall Nothing happens!! :(
Sorry but these people are the worse !!!!! Waited 2 weeks for them to pick up a stove after being told repeatedly that they were coming , I sat home waiting all day for no one to show up not even a courtesy call , never again will I ever go to rent a center and let it be known I will not recommend them .ZERO STAR if app would let me
