I recently had a water leak over Memorial weekend late Saturday evening. I was panicked after just having a new floor installed. Reset Restoration was quick to respond. They were at my home within 30-45 minutes, found the leak, got it stopped, carefully removing anything affected by the water and that was damaged. They then brought in fans and dehumidifiers and sprayed to prevent mold. I called when we had detected water on our carpet and in bathroom. They came VERY quickly, pulled back carpet, removed the pad, opened up the baseboard under the cabinets, put in the fans and dehumidifier and set them up. Came back daily to check the status of the drying and did an excellent job - start to finish. So great to have this kind of result from a contractor in our time of need. THANKS🙏

Very professional from the start all the way through completion. Our project manager furnished us a printed schedule and kept to it. He would us and let us know what time people were planning to start work each day as we stayed in the home during renovations. Highly recommend Reset Restoration.

We had a water line leak in our refrigerator that caused quite a bit of damage in our kitchen and living room wood floors. Reset Restoration was incredible to work with. They came out for a free initial consultation and were very thorough. They answered every question we had and explained the next steps. They were present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage to make sure nothing was overlooked.
