I called in, they gave me a great rate, they gave me a next day appointment, Mitch showed up on time, he was very efficient, was very polite, I got the inspection report that night. he found a lot of challenges with the house I'm considering buying, I will definitely use them again. NO Complaints at all

We recently used RIA for an inspection of the house we are buying. From start to finish, they were great in their communication, responded immediately to my texts, and were extremely nice. Our inspector was Mario. He was really nice, and his report was extremely thorough. We appreciate the company having the customer service they have and for Mario and the great job he did.

Steve Clegg called me and was extremely helpful. I had an issue with a warranty claim with another company and he helped me with that and he also helped me resolve my issue with AT&T at the same time. Obviously neither was in the realm of the home inspection company but he helped me anyway Thank you.

Brian Smay did a Beautiful job inspecting this home. He's has many years experience, and that shows little things that you just know from having done this for many years! The little extra things that he knows to check he made sure look at everything I'm buying this home for my daughter and I appreciated everything he did to make sure this is going to be a safe and healthy home for her!

Connor was very thorough. He gave great explanations and recommendations. It's not the cheapest inspection I've ever received, but it's more thorough than what I've had in the past.
