I bought a condo with Chris in 2017. He was incredibly patient with me as I reviewed a wide variety of properties before honing in on the one I ultimately purchased. He has just recently acted as my agent to rent out that condo. His dedication and diligence for his clients is remarkable. I just closed on a building that I know I would not have been able to get without Chris's help and amazing negotiating skills. He's answered so many of my random questions and did legwork tracking down information way above the call of duty (found the roofer that last worked on the building so we could find out what really needed to be done, found out in a roundabout way if the tenants were happy with the maintenance, etc.). Chris was absolutely the best through it all, he helped us buy our first home together as a married couple and helped me sell my condo as well.
