I have been seeing Dr Katz for some time. He treats his patients like family, asks me about ‘my life’ not just my disease. Actually makes eye contact , not tied up on a computer which seems the norm lately. If I need to call in for any reason I always get a call back the same day. Staff is great-highly recommend

Before saying that you are an extraordinary doctor, I want to tell you that you are an extraordinary human being.
Sending you my heartfelt thankfulness. Your presence holds a positive vibe that is more powerful than your prescribed medicines. If every doctor strives to be as caring and generous as you, the world would be filled with smiles and laughter instead of pain and sorrow. Thanks for everything Doctor Katz. My girlfriend was and I helped find this location through research. I had the opportunity to meet with Dr Katz along w/ my gf who was the patient.
Of 3 rheumatologists, I would say this guy was the best by far. He was extremely difficult to see. It took us 2-3 years and we only BARELY WITH LUCK got one of his firewall admins to let us in. My GF suffers excruciating and debilitating pain, mental fog from fibromyalgia, migraines, IBS and other issues.
This Dr was able to give my gf (and me too as baseline) a muscle tension test using a small needle and a meter. Very cool. He was able to prove to her/us that there is a common issue w/ fibro people and this forms the basis of his treatment regimen. What makes this doctor exceptionally brilliant is that he shows the patient immediate proof. You have no idea how brilliant this was because the patient may doubt, but cannot argue w/ the direct evidence. This Dr is the most published as well.
CONS: Staff will likely never let you in.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Katz and are very pleased to experience the competent and caring manner that is prevalent in his practice. Aside from his expertise, Dr. Katz is thorough, patient and good-humored. This positivity is evident throughout the practice. Starting with Ana and Blanca at the front desk, on to Alice handling our meds' approval, the phlebotomists, and Nurse Lauren and her fellow nurses, all possess the same caring, competence, and great sense of humor. We are very grateful to be in such good hands. Keep up the good work!

I have been patient of Dr. Katz for almost 30 years. The staff are the best great people. Dr. Katz has always listen to what I have to say. I hope he never retires. Terrific doctor and Person.

I've had many doctors and I've never had one better than Dr. Katz, for his own specialty and he's so knowledgeable and helpful about all general medicine issues. I had fibromyalgia and he was my only doctor for everything for 10 years, even though he's a specialist, and I've never been more satisfied with my medical care. My ins. doesn't accept his hospital or I'd never choose another doctor.

Dr. Katz is extraordinary. In addition to his wealth of knowledge and experience, he is kind, attentive, and thorough in his approach to patient care. His staff reflects his values and standards. I feel very lucky to have found him.
