Anthony talked all the details through with me until we had a good understanding of what needed to be done. My house had old narrow wood slat siding with little insulation underneath it. That was all removed and new insulation plus moisture barrier plus Hardy plank wide board siding put on all the way around. Fair pricing and attention to details made the difference for us. We also appreciated the way we were kept in the loop on things so we knew what to expect.
I chose Rhino Shield several years ago and it has held up in the Texas heat and sun absolutely beautifully! We've been completely delighted and satisfied. Through a failure of the construction of the house itself, though, we had a problem with wood rot. This had nothing to do with the Rhino Shield coating, but rather, with an improper installation of original window trim wood left in contact with the shingles. Everyone we encountered with Rhino Shield was professional and courteous. We were impressed with the education we received about the product. The painters' attention to every detail (from prep work to finishing touches) of their work was incredible.
I was impressed by Juan and workers in their worksmanship, answering questions, and clean-up process. I have not been on the roof to take a closer look at the final project and review as of this review.
