Rich gave us false expectations on how things get paid. In the end he quite replying and I had to get in touch with his supervisor. He didn’t know anything he was talking about and had multiple mess ups. On the other hand Jon Lee was amazing to deal with and if it wasn’t for him nothing would have gone right. Jon Lee stepped up and handled things that really Rich should have. I would do business with Jon Lee again but not Rich!

Would have liked to have had a better turn around on my questions regarding the loan. When I had questions, I had to ask multiple times or in other times felt brushed off. No lock rate was offered upfront, only after an increase from the initial numbers shared.

The entire process was rushed and not well documented. I received two disclosures and each time the loan total amount increased without any explanation, when I requested it in writing I would only get calls. In the end, the closing was delayed a day because the numbers for the loan and closing did not align and no one could account for the $3130 difference. Being on Pacific time there is NO support after 2-3 pm PST when CST is after 5 pm.

By being transparent with loan terms and products. By having key knowledge regarding loan products. By answering questions and addressing concerns, instead of pushing it off to alternate dept for answers that still never came. By not treating your customers poorly and abrasive. Most important, lacking in honesty.
