Rich did an excellent job servicing our application. However, the process was extremely frustrating, to the point where we were about to pull out, even after spending $800 for an appraisal. GO Mortgage kept asking for more and more support documents, and we are a ZERO RISK loan. I feel very sorry for applicants who don't have the credit and assets we have.

The only time I heard from the processor was when I initiated the contact. She never called or emailed with any type of introduction or offered any assistance other then when I questioned her. Your underwriting guidelines are too restrictive.

Good: he was very responsive and pleasant when I reached out to him Not so good: the appraisal situation was a little odd. He didn't seem to have any power to influence or get any updates on the process. No one knew if/when it was going to be scheduled until it was on the calendar with the listing agent. And it was very delayed (which is normal in this market) and very last minute (I think he scheduled it for the next day, after a few weeks of hearing nothing from him).
