Rich was great. There was a delay in getting the date set for closing, although I don't think this was Rich's fault. Then when we did finally get a date, my husband was traveling and couldn't be there to sign. Then we were told this was the final day to get the approved rate; however, Rich was able to secure an extension. But why was the closing date set for the final day of the rate anyway? This should have been scheduled so that we would get advance notice to set a date that worked for all.

Communication between the closing date and when the assessment is due could be better. We had a closing date of 1-4, but the assessor coordinator requested the completed assessment be submitted by 1-8. This delayed our closing by a week.

Worst experience ever. I have been in banking for 16 years. No communication. No one had answers or explanations for delays, it's the holidays or we're very busy. Appraisal, Loan Pro

Communication!!!!! Not one person was on the same page. Different stories from loan officer, underwriter that did not seam to know what documents they were looking at. Loan processer had different stories, no answers from management only excuses. My only recourse is to let public know of my experience with this company. DO NOT USE!!!!!

This was the second time refinancing with Rich. I even referred him a co-worker of mine. I was in the process of refinancing with a direct lender due to gomortgage rates being much higher. Rich spoke with the president who told him he would be able to price match the loan estimate that I provided him from the other direct lender . So as a favor to him I stayed with gomortgage. Unfortunately I was led on and the loan estimate at closing was $300 higher than what the other direct lender offered.

Rich was great but the experience of how long everything took and how many times I had to resend the same documents to the underwriter department was horrible.

Rich was a great person to deal with it so I want to clarify that my bad experience with Go Mortgage was not because of Rich. It was constant delays in underwriting process which took the closing from May all the way up to August. I have never experienced such horrible delay without any reason (I always provided the documents within a day or two of asking). The only reason I didn't give any worst rating is because of Rich's positive behavior along this whole terrible experience.

Do not use this company! It took 5 months to finally close a simple loan. They screwed everything up along the way, they did not communicate, and they have no idea what they are doing. I have never had such a bad experience with a lender!

I was extremely satisfied with Rich(my loan originator). He was responsive, very attentive and always available. But the processing department and the procedure kind of ruined my whole experience. I did my research and was raising questions even before the processing department asked them, trying to ensure that my file does not get stuck and I have a smooth closing. But it took them about 8 weeks to close. The friends that I referred had a much earlier closing time frame.
