After a pipe busted in our kitchen, RD handled our cabinet and backsplash replacement. After our experience, we will never choose Richmond Decorating for future projects. Jeff wouldn’t return our phone calls, respond to our emails, or even communicate with our project manager. The tile guy ignored scheduled times and just showed up whenever he wanted. I had the pleasure of working with Wendy to pick out blinds for our new house. We're new to the area. I called 4 companies from a Google search - 1 was a no-show, 2 never called back but Wendy showed up on time for our appointment. It's obvious from the start she knows her industry but is a no-pressure salesperson. We had a great experience with Richmond Decorating Center. After a basement flood we had to replace half the carpet and match the remaining undamaged carpet. Lowe’s, where we bought the carpet two years ago, no longer carried the carpet. Susan Marie found the exact match. Most responsive customer service we have ever experienced.The owner Mark is a star! And the lowest price of 3 quotes. Definitely recommend!

I was connected to Richmond Decorating Center by a local builder. I worked directly with Mr. Coates. He did an awesome job assisting me in selecting a floor to match my lifestyle and decorating preference. His team was efficient during the install. They took greater care of my furnishings. I highly recommend Richmond Decorating Center.

A big thank you to Richmond Decorating and to specifically SusanMarie who helped us replace the linoleum in our master bath. She did a fantastic job in educating us about the luxury vinyl products that were now on the market versus tile that we originally were hoping to have. We chose the vinyl with grout to replace the linoleum and are so happy we did! Love the pattern choices we had as well as the grout colors! It’s made the world of difference in our master bath! Very timely and cost efficient as well...
