Awful experience with the Owner & a sub contractor. 1) Owner said he'd be out at 1130 on specific day -- couple days later I get a call from a guy saying he was given the job. He knows nothing about the already arranged appointment for an estimate of work. Had to reschedule for another day. 2) Said sub contractor was 30 minutes late to estimate appointment, brought no tools. Said van issues. I guessed it was ok...it was sub-zero temps, I let it slide.
