Terrible customer service. I spent 45 minutes today in the flooring tile area and not a soul spoke to my wife and I. Oh, they saw us. Previously tried to order interior doors from them and was told to go search websites and they can give us a price. When we told them we have no computer due to a total loss house fire....no customer service. Tried to order gas logs from them and was actually told to get it somewhere else. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I just needed some masonite siding. I went in to an empty store and needed to ask a couple questions concerning my options because I am replacing a few rotten boards on my fathers dormers. The guy acted like he didnt care if I bought what I needed or not. He kept walking away every time I asked a question. He was very rude. I had to ask where to pick up my purchase. You Will get SCREWED!! They are the only "family" lumberyard left in town so they think they can get by with anything. Lowes stinks but is better than Ridout anyday!
