terrible managment Ridout Lumber Company has management that does not care one bit about the customers or the employees. All they are interested in is the amount of money that you will spend and the amount of money their employees sell. The Searcy Store has the worst management that I have ever experienced!

Customer service In 1992 I built my home out of the Searcy store. Been back several times since. I must say customer service is non-existent! I was there today to talk to someone about remodeling my kitchen. No one in cabinet department. I ask a black headed bearded guy at the front desk[ who by the way was being very rude to an elderly lady] if anyone was working in the cabinet department. " Nope! Ridout Lumber Co This business has been serving the construction and consumer needs for a long time. Its the largest lumber co. in the area. It covers a whole block. No lumber co. is cheap, but they sometimes have sales. It has a side entrance to serve the need of contractors. but, often it's hard to find anyone to wait on you in the front of store for regular customers.
