We recently purchased new family room carpet from Rite Rug and are pleased with everything about the purchase. Thom Venema took the carpet sample we selected that matched our room decor and found a better grade carpet that we wanted in a very similar color pattern. The ordered carpet came in exactly on the time frame he stated. Rite Rug was able to install the carpet the day after arrival. We will definetly consider Rite Rug when we are in the market for more flooring.

We visited RiteRug on December 30th as we had researched reviews about them and found on some sites, they had received 4 and 5-star ratings. We decided to go to the Broad Street location. When we arrived, there was one employee (Michael Deen) sitting with a couple who was purchasing carpet. When we walked in, we noticed Mr. Deen did not even look up to greet us, ignored us, so we walked around the store ourselves and looked around for Porcelain or ceramic tiles. #RiteRug is #WrongRug! They are the worst flooring company. They don't stand behind there product they use their warranty as a protection against damages and defects. Read it carefully cause it doesn't cover your issue as and its not going to be resolved.
