RecommendedRite rug was a excellent choice for purchase and install. Ed (Strongsville) was super had to delay purchase several times. Ed was always accommodating and understanding. Installers were pleasant to work with did a exceptional job(whole house.) Mario also help answer questions when Ed was not there. Good Team! Thank You Ed, Mario, Kalid, and Angel. Looking forward to working with you shortly again.
Quality is good. Communication is non existent. Installers were great. Sales people were ok while you had them on the phone but do NOT expect a follow up. A returned call. Any communication, etc. Really disturbed by my whole experience. By the time I figured it all out, I had already paid and ordered. Find a company that actually is happy to have good customers.

this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! The quality of the the installation was terrible, gaps and cracks everywhere. The installers used our garage to cut the pieces and left a huge mess and left their garbage from their lunch laying around our kitchen. What's worse is the large scrape that was left in the middle of the kitchen. they have now sent 2 people to look at it and I have to take even more time off work so they can finally fix it. the customer service department is rude and does absolutely nothin... read more
Carpet seems to be good quality, unfortunately the installers did a poor job on seams. When Rite Rug sends inspector, Mike is a con-man just trying to sell or get out of correcting issues. Wouldn’t recommend Rite Rug. Looks like Attorney General and BBB will hace to resolve this. Caroet is only 3 months old!
My husband and I purchased carpet from RiteRug appropriately less than a year ago. Our sales person Bud was very nice, taking his time to show us a variety of options and helping us select the best option for our family. We spend approximately $3000 on our new carpet and we loved it! After the carpet was installed we notice a massive seam line showing into our new carpet!
