We had such a great experience with Rite Rug for our floors! The gentleman was able to come out the next day and bring us lots of samples to look at in our space we wanted new flooring. Which was so much better than looking in a showroom. Then he placed the order that day and they came out the next week and installed it. Our room had a pool table, which I was worried about, but the salesman told us where we could rent a jack to move the pool table. It was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend them!
I recently had to replace the carpet in four rooms of our new home, and I’m so glad I went with RiteRug. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. This is the second time we have used RiteRug to buy and install carpet for our bedrooms. Jeff, our sales associate helped us match the carpet to our previous quality and look as they discontinued the previous model, and he helped us get it installed sooner rather than later with his reaching out to the installation teams, and he also helped us pick from carpet that was in their inventory without having to order it. We just had the Rite Rug guys install a hardwood floor in 2 rooms. The installers were top notch! They worked so hard and did a great job. Exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our beautiful new floors. Also, our salesman was excellent. Thank you Rite Rug!
Very satisfying experience. Great deal and flexibility. The showroom sales coordinator Rick,,was very helpful, the measurements were done on time and the install all turned out just as I wanted. This is my 3rd time using Rite Rug (from 3 different locations) and I will continue to use them in the future.
