Kevin Wright did a great job with helping me choose a flooring. He was good at communicating with me and showed up on time, helped me with the financing process, and followed up with me. The installers Santos and his helpers did an excellent job of installation. He advised me on which way the wood should be laid. They were polite, covered the furniture to keep dust from getting on it, and they cleaned up the mess after installation. Great service. Brock was very helpful and the installers were prompt, did an amazing job and even lined up existing vinyl flooring without a transition piece needed, which I didnt think was possible. Even cut me a piece of the rug to use in the garage.
We had such a great experience with Rite Rug for our floors! The gentleman was able to come out the next day and bring us lots of samples to look at in our space we wanted new flooring. Which was so much better than looking in a showroom. Then he placed the order that day and they came out the next week and installed it. Our room had a pool table, which I was worried about, but the salesman told us where we could rent a jack to move the pool table. It was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend them!
My husband and I took advantage of the In Home Shopping experience and were extremely pleased. Our representative Kevin was very customer oriented, knowledgeable about the LVF we were interested in and readily available via email and phone throughout the selection process, and installation of our flooring. Our installer Irvin was courteous, knowledgeable and worked efficiently.
RiteRug did an amazing job. We just bought a new house and needed carpet installed quickly and Paul took time on his Friday night to come and get us estimates quickly and we got our carpet installed the next Tuesday. It looks great and the installers were very professional
