We had such a great experience with Rite Rug for our floors! The gentleman was able to come out the next day and bring us lots of samples to look at in our space we wanted new flooring. Which was so much better than looking in a showroom. Then he placed the order that day and they came out the next week and installed it. Our room had a pool table, which I was worried about, but the salesman told us where we could rent a jack to move the pool table. It was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend them!

Where do I even start. Brock your salesman came over and showed us some nice samples and we chose the one we liked. Within a week we were scheduled. The Friday after Thanksgiving. At 7:45 am two gentlemen showed up to do our entire house. Four bedrooms hallways and a living room and dining area. Just two guys. I looked at my husband and said that’s not enough people to do this job. WRONG!! These guys were so sweet and kicked bootie. They were done in 4 1/2 hours. Very polite. This is the second time we have used RiteRug to buy and install carpet for our bedrooms. Jeff, our sales associate helped us match the carpet to our previous quality and look as they discontinued the previous model, and he helped us get it installed sooner rather than later with his reaching out to the installation teams, and he also helped us pick from carpet that was in their inventory without having to order it. We just had the Rite Rug guys install a hardwood floor in 2 rooms. The installers were top notch! They worked so hard and did a great job. Exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our beautiful new floors. Also, our salesman was excellent. Thank you Rite Rug!
