This is the second time we have used RiteRug to buy and install carpet for our bedrooms. Jeff, our sales associate helped us match the carpet to our previous quality and look as they discontinued the previous model, and he helped us get it installed sooner rather than later with his reaching out to the installation teams, and he also helped us pick from carpet that was in their inventory without having to order it. Purchasing my new flooring from Rite Rug was the most fun, satisfying experience. My salesman, Jeff, was so helpful and patient with me trying to make a final decision. I absolutely love my new flooring. The installation process was great. The installers were very professional. I would highly recommend Rite Rug.
Great job from Rite Rug and installer on carpet for our bedroom. Our sales rep was knowledgeable and kept us informed with the process. Our installer was top notch!! We have had carpet installed many times over the years and our installer was the best yet! He was prompt, efficient and courteous. Great job team!
Jamie was easy to deal with. He got me pricing quickly, without pressuring me to buy. The installers were polite, professional, and super efficient. They removed the carpet, padding and transitions, cleaned up the staples in the subfloor and installed the all new in about 4 hours.
James Pilgrim was very helpful and efficient. He and his colleague, who assisted me when he was off for the day, helped me find the premium carpet for a fantastic sale price. He was quick to price (even on his day off). The installer was there early and laid the carpet with quality and quickness. He even cleaned up well and was very polite. Would highly recommend.
