We had such a great experience with Rite Rug for our floors! The gentleman was able to come out the next day and bring us lots of samples to look at in our space we wanted new flooring. Which was so much better than looking in a showroom. Then he placed the order that day and they came out the next week and installed it. Our room had a pool table, which I was worried about, but the salesman told us where we could rent a jack to move the pool table. It was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend them!
I recently had to replace the carpet in four rooms of our new home, and I’m so glad I went with RiteRug. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. RiteRug did an amazing job. We just bought a new house and needed carpet installed quickly and Paul took time on his Friday night to come and get us estimates quickly and we got our carpet installed the next Tuesday. It looks great and the installers were very professional
This is the second time we have used RiteRug to buy and install carpet for our bedrooms. Jeff, our sales associate helped us match the carpet to our previous quality and look as they discontinued the previous model, and he helped us get it installed sooner rather than later with his reaching out to the installation teams, and he also helped us pick from carpet that was in their inventory without having to order it.
