Robert called every week just to check in and see our progress, they had all kinds of mortgage programs and they have a countdown online of whats been submitted and where you are in the process which was super helpful I liked the customer service as well as the getting right back to you if you called it felt pretty personal not just another number

Bob was awesome. He helped me finance my forever home. He was available 24/7. I was able to get in contact with him anytime I had a question or concern. No question or concern was to big or to little for him to handle. He treated me with respect and dumbed down all of the professional jargon so I was able to understand everything. He also tells you like it is. Bob does not sugar coat anything. Bob is truly one of the best, if not the best, at what he does. I highly recommend him. 5 stars!!
