Robert’s Carpet & Fine Floors helped me out in a time of a need! I’m a kindergarten teacher and needed a new rug after a few years and a wash gone wrong over the summer! Alex came to my rescue and donated a new, plush, and very nice rug for my class to enjoy! It’s been a few weeks of school and it looks amazing! Thank you for caring about the community!!

Our experience with Roberts/Webster was extremely disappointing and we can't recommend. We are motivated buyers and had every intention of moving forward with purchase and installation of superior grade carpet and cushion and called Melissa to come out to measure the square footage and order the carpet on Thursday. Melissa helped us with 2 different homes to get new carpet installed. We ran into some issues with my 96 yr old FIL and she let us delay our install in his home for 2 weeks. Sebastian did our install and was absolutely terrific! The carpet looks amazing! I’d go back to them a third time if I am in need of any new flooring!

I had Sebastian and his crew. I should say one person he had a third person called in sick that morning. He thought it would take a second day, but I had all the rooms cleared out as much as possible. He stayed late and finished up. The only complaint I have is the next morning when walking down my driveway there were cigarette butts all over the place. if their going to smoke the least they could do is pick their cigarette butts up.
