Kevin on the Phone... – Was probably the rudest person I have had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone. He hung up on me twice within seconds of speaking to him. I had a simple inquiry and he flew off the handle. Completely unprofessional, I have dealt with the main office before and they have been very nice. However, Kevin was probably the single rudest person I've encountered and he's tainted an admirable family operated business for me.
