We're planning to do $5-8K in new floors, starting with a bedroom that will be about $1K. Only one person on duty when we went, 6 customers in store. Not recommended I found the service to be unprofessional. The ?install? quote in the store per square foot, (as listed on the displays) was not the same as the contract price. They also added and extra $300.00 to the end price, this could not be explained by the sales associates. They also have unresolved issues in the Better Bus. B.. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Pros + Thumbs Down
