Great experience with Roberts Carpets on Katy Fwy. Saif was very professional and knowledgeable from the start, and helped us optimize the quantity of carpet needed. Having shopped around at various carpet dealerships, we found Roberts to be very customer orientated. The carpet layers were efficient, clean and very well organized. Overall, a first-class experience. Highly recommended.

When it was time to put carpet in my living room I went to Robert's Carpets on the Katy Freeway. I spoke with Saif Matouq who showed me a number of different carpets to choose from. Having picked out a Karistan carpet he came out and took measurements for the installation. Shortly after that, Saul Pena and his crew came out to install the carpet and the results are great.

We LOVE our new floors! Saif was great to work with in terms of selection assistance and ensuring measurements were done in a timely manner. Robert Mata and Ulises, our floor installation team, did a wonderful job. They were on time, polite, easy to communicate with, kept a clean work site, moved our heavy furniture and didn't damage anything. They treated our home and the job with great care. We had a wonderful experience with Roberts Carpet in Katy. We had a miserable experience with a Brenham based flooring company so we decided to try Roberts for our next project. Chandra was very helpful in the showroom and answered all of our questions. She came to our home on a Sunday to take measurements and was very professional. The carpet installation was professional and flawless - even though I was told it would take two days the crew was able to finish it in ONE DAY - Sebastian Bocanegra and his crew left the premises completely cleaned and in perfect order - I would not hesitate to use or recommend Robert’s for any carpeting or flooring needs !
