When it was time to put carpet in my living room I went to Robert's Carpets on the Katy Freeway. I spoke with Saif Matouq who showed me a number of different carpets to choose from. Having picked out a Karistan carpet he came out and took measurements for the installation. Shortly after that, Saul Pena and his crew came out to install the carpet and the results are great.
We had a wonderful experience with Roberts Carpet in Katy. We had a miserable experience with a Brenham based flooring company so we decided to try Roberts for our next project. Chandra was very helpful in the showroom and answered all of our questions. She came to our home on a Sunday to take measurements and was very professional. Highly recommend going to Saif for your flooring needs! We just built a new house and decided to do the floors after closing (since design center with the builder was so expensive). We were very skeptical and hesitant to do so but Saif provided us with his reassurance throughout the entire process; he made us feel very comfortable and confident in our decision. Mr. Saif was a joy to deal with. He went above and beyond helping me get the right carpet for my home. I was very green when I walked in to Robert’s but left with the knowledge to make an educated choice. You don’t just get a great product from Robert’s, you also get awesome customer service.
