Don't do it We're planning to do $5-8K in new floors, starting with a bedroom that will be about $1K. Only one person on duty when we went, 6 customers in store. Inconvenient hours...who closes at 6pm on weekdays??? When we placed the order for the new floor (and I knew it was .25/sf cheaper on line but thought since it was in town that would be better), they informed us there was also a delivery charge AND it wouldn't even be delivered to the house, we'd have to go get it in downtown for which they planned to charge us $30.... read more
Never again I walked in wanting to see different colors of floating floors available for my upstairs bedrooms and instead I was given a story of what grandparents had in their homes years ago. The man was probably in his late sixties but come on customers want to see what the store has to offer and point out what they want to see. I was looking at hardwood and laminate and getting confused.
If I could give it no stars, I would have. All I can say is: THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I have contacted...
