I purchased hardwood flooring. The installers, Robert Mata and his partner (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), were excellent. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and were incredibly considerate about not disturbing my sleeping baby. I’m a little paranoid about letting strangers into my house. The installation crew did a really great job on installing my carpet. They were on time and extremely friendly. When the next roll of carpet that I ordered comes in at the end of December, I would like to request that this same crew be sent back to install it. The name of the crew's lead is Sebastian G. I am extremely satisfied with the new carpet.
We had Jorge Silva from the 249 Roberts Carpets. He and his co-worker did a great job installing carpet in our upstairs! They worked constantly until almost 9:00 PM I don’t even think they stopped to eat! Very pleased with their work.
Sabastian and crew did a great job laying my carpet. Efficient in moving furniture and returning to original places. I’m so pleased with the final results. Crew was very accommodating to my requests.
I will NEVER shop here again! I highly suggest you don't either! We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this location. We have had issues with our Karastan Luxury vinyl flooring repeatedly. Our contractors swear it's a matufacturing issue. Now we needed to replace a section of the supposedly waterproof flooring in our kitchen. We got the material and they changed the locking system so it can't be layed down.
