I cannot say enough good things about Robinsons Floors. I had 5 rooms where I wanted to replace 18 year old builder carpet with LVP. I did my research, visited flooring companies and even got a quote from one, however I was very uncomfortable with the lack of customer service so decided to keep looking. Can't say enough good things about them. Simple process, upfront pricing, showed up on time and did a phenomenal job replacing carpet in master bedroom, guestroom and closet with wood. Was concerned at first that the new floors would not match the rest of the house but we cannot tell the diffference at all. Looks like they have been there the whole time. Very satisfied and will use them again without a doubt.
Excellent customer service. William Robinson was very attentive to our needs and great to work with. Quality of work was very good and they were done quickly.
What a great experience! From the time we walked in Andy listened to what we were looking for and he offered good information and choices as we looked at various samples. No pressure, just the info needed. The installation was done in a timely fashion. Again Robinson kept us informed. We had a unique problem with a tile floor that was below our carpeting.
