Stopped in to look at flooring fir our remodel. Mike was awesome! He was not pushy. He showed me around the showroom giving me several options. We looked at kitchens and he taught me so much about countertops.

They replaced our countertops, backsplash, sink and cooktop. My kitchen looks amazing! Just perfect. Brendan Brainard, our designer, was great to work with. He had really good suggestions and was sooo responsive. Yes, they were more expensive than other places, but decided to go with them thanks to Brendan. I was worried once we signed the contract and paid, our service would decline, but that never happened. Brendan continued to stay involved and ensure we were happy with what was going on. So happy we chose them!

Very disappointed. My time for installation was Monday between 8-10. Didn't occur and was not called. Contacted customer service three times Monday. After several apologizes, I was promised the carpet would be installed Tuesday by 9am. Again a no show and no phone call. Contacted service who put the installer on the phone. He stated that since we live in the town of Greece, he would not get here until after 3 pm. Called the store to get a refund. Mike, the manager, stated I can't get a refund on a cut order. We were in there about 2 months ago. The manager helped us pick out carpet for our stairs. He suggested a remnant, which we bought because he specifically told us we could tack it down with a staple gun. He even told us where we could buy one in the plaza across the street. It obviously didn't work so when we returned a few days later he said "You can't use a staple gun on carpet!" Like we were idiots. So he made a whopping $60 sale and lost any potential business because we replace our family room carpet every few years.

We bought a remnant for our stairs from the manager. He even told us where we could buy a staple gun across the street to tack it down. We came back 3 days later and he told us it was a close-out and we couldn't staple it down! We needed a professional tacking gun! We;re out $60 and he's out future business. What a joke this guy was!!.
