We really like our awning. The installers were fantastic. Our only concern was that when we ordered the awning we were told one date for delivery and ended up being several months later. They did communicate with us about the delay but it was frustrating.

Nick Reynolds was very knowledgeable in helping us determine which size and type of awning was most suitable for our situation. The 2 guys who installed it were very professional, courteous and masterful. We were provided instructions and they answered all our questions. I ordered my awning with the help of Nick Reynolds in May 2022. It took about six weeks longer than expected but was informed with updates. Today my awning was installed by Gary and Emileo. They were very professional and explained everything that they were doing. It looks beautiful and I am already enjoying it. Thanks again!
We highly recommend Rochester Outdoor Living awnings. Ours has been a blessing in disguise and we have received so many compliments on it. We love the auto retract feature in high winds as it has protected it numerous times this year. Thank you for a great product.
