This company lives up to their name. rock bottom installation. rock bottom customer service. If you like to pay a company to do a job then fix it yourself, these are the folks for you. After contacting the company with pictures, they told me the defect would be fixed but after a month of being strung along, I fixed it myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
Would not recommend them!! The office and the salesmen are very good but . . .They left me with an incomplete job. I have called them 3 days in a row and still no one has called me back to tell me when they are coming or shown up.They left their trash in my house, drinks bottles, a cup and a very large plastic bag.Ridiculous and totally UNacceptable!! First of all I wouldn't give them a star. They don't deserve even one star. I had the same experience with the Huntsville Manager Bo. He said he would put a lien on my property if I said he owed me money for his installer damaging my property while installing the carpet. They also parked on my lawn when they came to install. This is not the way a manager should treat a customer.

We regret Mr. River's dissatisfaction with our service. As the last contractors in the house, we are use to being falsely accused of damage. We take pictures before we start, and this damage was prior to our work. We noted missing door stops on many of the doors, which was the cause of the damage. The poor reviews on social media are accurate. Like many have said before me, stay away from Rock Bottom Carpets. Bo **** (who oversees the main Huntsville office) would not honor what his Decatur office promised regarding repairs on our carpet. The Decatur, AL office assured me that they would pay for half the repairs even though my warranty had expired. Buyers Beware. Don't do business with Rock Bottom Carpets. They installed the wrong carpet and won't do anything about. The manager called me yesterday and said its the carpet that i ordered. He said i could order a thicker carpet and pay the difference and installation. I told him i was going to the bank. He said he would put a lien against my property if bank reversed the charges. Very rude and unprofessional. I got an attorney.
They ripped me off. Their crooks. Consumers beware. They intentionally sold me more carpet then needed for the installation. Bad business practices. I was left with enough padding and carpet to fill another room. Too bad it wasn't needed.
Bought carpet from rock bottom carpet on Bob Wallace. Installer came to house unprepared to lay carpet. Left huge seams that are very visual. Left room a mess. Room is up stairs so later that evening notice sheet rock damage to our dining room which is directly under bedroom where they dropped flooring on the floor. Took pics to rock bottom and today a man named No contact back to tell us they would fix seam but their insurance would not cover damage to dining room.

We strongly dispute that we caused any damage to their drywall. Though they say it happened when the carpet was dropped neither Mr. nor Mrs. ******** were home at the time of installation. Demolition of the room was done before we arrived. The carpet was taken up and toted outside. The floor was crapped to remove pad, staples and the tack strips had been knocked up and nails removed.
