Walter is the best! So easy to work with and seems to always have great quality in stock when others do not. Reasonable prices. Professional and great installers. We literally get all of our furniture from Walter at RB. And our flooring is gorgeous. Quick turn around and excellent quality.
Walter and his crew did an outstanding job refinishing our hardwood floors at a reasonable price and made the experience as smooth as possible.
Walter did a great job getting us the carpet we wanted for a very good price and the workmanship in laying it was outstanding. He was communicative throughout and very professional. I will definitely use them again!
The gentleman who helped us did a great job. He didn't have the exact table we where looking for but was able to show us a set that was very similar and had another piece of furniture in stock to show us the exact color of the finish. He ordered our set and it arrived and was delivered in less than a week. The delivery guys came on a Saturday and were very nice and set things up very quickly. Love my new table and chairs!
I am sorry for those who had bad experiences. Mine is very positive with Walter. Two years ago, I came to Norwalk, CT from west coast and needed to buy some furniture. Products: I bought some economic furniture to suit my need. It is important to note that I got my money worth. Service: It is second to none. Despite I only ordered a queen bed, mattress set, a small dining table and two chairs he made two deliveries.
