It would take years for me to explain adequately the awful experience I had with this company, subsequently also the amount of time it took for them to never give me a definitive answer. 3 months into living in a home that I built, my tile flooring in my master bathroom and laundry room started to crack and come up. I have ordered Brazilian cherry hardwood floor from them. They were so helpful and knowledgeable from starting process to the end. Chris showed an outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He made everything seamless and easy. I highly recommend Chris and his company without any reservations. They are the BEST in the business!!!! Thank you.
Chris came out to our house to give us an estimate for taking out our old carpet and putting in a new hardwood floor. We were going out of town for a few days, and Chris said they could do it while we were gone; that way we wouldn't have to deal with all of the dust, etc....When we came back to town after 6 days, the house was immaculate, and they stained the wood so well, you cannot tell what the new area is!! Chris Rogers and his folks are the best with whom we have ever worked.
From start to finish, absolutely the best professionalism and quality work on our kitchen back splash! Showroom associates Greg & Jeff were so helpful while we were trying to pick out what would have been an otherwise overwhelming task. So many options!! I was very disappointed in the service that I received from Rogers Floorcovering. They messed up every single part of the project that I needed them for. My wife and I went in 2 weeks before we needed the flooring installed and gave them a specific day that we needed flooring installed. They assured us that they could meet the deadline and have the flooring installed on that day. They came out to measure for the flooring and said they would give us a quote.
