I was hoping to purchase carpet from them to support local business, but after coming into the store and selecting the carpet we wanted and scheduling someone to come out and do the measurement, they didn’t show up to do the measurement. So I called and asked what happened and rescheduled the measurement. Then after the measurement was done, nobody followed up with me to proceed. I have ordered Brazilian cherry hardwood floor from them. They were so helpful and knowledgeable from starting process to the end. Chris showed an outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He made everything seamless and easy. I highly recommend Chris and his company without any reservations. They are the BEST in the business!!!! Thank you.
Chris came out to our house to give us an estimate for taking out our old carpet and putting in a new hardwood floor. We were going out of town for a few days, and Chris said they could do it while we were gone; that way we wouldn't have to deal with all of the dust, etc....When we came back to town after 6 days, the house was immaculate, and they stained the wood so well, you cannot tell what the new area is!! Chris Rogers and his folks are the best with whom we have ever worked.
I was very disappointed in the service that I received from Rogers Floorcovering. They messed up every single part of the project that I needed them for. My wife and I went in 2 weeks before we needed the flooring installed and gave them a specific day that we needed flooring installed.
