The technician that helped me, Frank Solomon; seemed very knowledgeable and forthright. He did a diagnostic test which revealed no issue with what I originally brought my laptop in for. Some proactive maintenance was done anyway and some options were discussed that I could choose to do if I have any more problems. I feel like the work I had done was very reasonable for the price paid. I’m very satisfied with this establishment and the technician!

Divánne was awesome. She was nice and very knowledgeable she fixed my phone in no time at all . We got there close to 5 and was not bothered at all. I will recommend anyone to go there.
