My 83-year-old dad was in the rehab facility after having knee surgery. The hospital told us that he would be busy with therapy and would most likely need to stay 10-14 days. Our choices were limited because his surgeon wanted him to have a private room and Rolling Green is one of the few that does. He checked in after 6 pm on a Thursday evening. My dad went into rehabilitation section after finding out he had a brain tumor was on that section until medicare wouldn't pay anymore then I paid them over 1200.00 for next 2 weeks til we could get further info on his condition ..anyhow we loved the 2 girls who were the aids he loved them also however on 3rd shift they let him fall 4 times in 1 week ...resulting in 3 hospital trips to have his head stitched up ...basically he was scalped first time had to get 45 stitches then last time was 71 to sew top of head back on ...... read more

My mother was a patient at the Rehab facility, after having surgery April 2016. Because she had dementia and was too weak to get up by herself, she was a fall risk so we had to have someone with her around the clock to make sure she didn’t get up without assistance. I can only assume that is the reason the staff chose only to come into the room when absolutely necessary (ie. to bring Meds and food) the first part of her stay.
