Had Romeo floors redo 70% of the floors in our newly purchased home during fall of 2021. They worked with our schedule and were able to fit us in so we didn’t end up having to move our furniture twice. They did a great job and the owner (nick) was great to work with and truly stands behind his products and services. Floors turned out great. Had one minor issue that they came out and fixed right away. If you’re looking for a place that does quality work and genuinely cares about their customers, you’ve found it.
My mom just had her carpet installed today by Romeo floors. She told me, “These guys are awesome! They were gentlemen, they were neat. They were clean. My carpets are beautiful, and they left everything just the way it should be. Great job guys!” I was also there with my mom when she got the estimate done and Gerry was beyond helpful and professional, caring and thorough. He really knows his business. We had Romeo Floors install all of our carpet when we built our home in 1997. The quality of that carpet has been truly amazing. We've gotten it cleaned every year, loyally. Raised four kids, countless pets, now onto two grandkids. It still looks amazing! Now that I'm thinking of having some more work done, I'm definitely returning. Looking forward to the next 25 years!! *Note: They are not the cheapest when comparing prices, but you get what you pay for.
I don't have enough good things to say about the folks at Romeo Floors. I went to a LOT of different stores (like over a dozen) trying to find just the right floors for an addition that I've been planning for about 20 years. I've waited a long time and wanted everything to be just right, as these floors are going in my entire house. They had, by far, the biggest selection, with the exception of one other place, but the other place charged AT LEAST double what Romeo charged for the same products. Beautifully installed, sand dune maple hardwood floors transformed our house. Communication through the process was excellent and the installation was very professional, with some sub flooring issues in our house being addressed as needed. End result is awesome!
